ASSOMAC offers state-of-the-art wire straightening cum cutting machines which work with wire in coils or on spools and cut rods to the required length. Machines are available for 4.5 mm to 20 mm for ribbed wire and 1.6 mm to 20 mm for regular wire. The machine consists of an entry guide roll box pre-tensioners and adjustable multi rolls straighteners in the horizontal and vertical axis. Pneumatic clutch actuated flying shear, double collection station magazine (pto 12 mtrs. in length) and pneumatic actuation with automatic piece counting. Centralized control through Multi PLC based display unit shows the running status.
